Bremner is a Director of the Environmental Abatement Council of Ontario-EACO and The Ontario Asbestos Removal Contractors of Ontario-OARCA. Bremner has written numerous articles concerning Environmental Liabilities for Building and Property Owners, Asbestos and UFFI articles for various Business Magazines and Environmental Publications.

Don Bremner was a Guest Speaker at the United Nations Secretariat of the Basel Convention sponsored Caribbean Asbestos Forum in November 1998. A recognized Ontario Supreme Court Expert Witness for Environmental Contracting of Asbestos, Lead and UFFI.
